This phenotype database is part of the NSF project "Maize Gene Discovery, DNA Sequencing, and Phenotypic Analysis.“ A large population of maize plants were generated aiming to contain RescueMu transposon insertions in every maize gene. These plants were screened for morphological abnormalities and the phenotype observations were recorded in this database. For the screen progress, see the RescueMu phenotype grid summary.
